Director of UX

YTL Corporation, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was established in 1955 as a leader in large-scale infrastructure projects, real estate and development. In 2010, they established the Yes brand: the telecommunications front-end in support of YTLs nascent nationwide 4G network.

I was their Director of UX in Kuala Lumpur for nearly four years, working with dev teams in Gurgaon, India and Melbourne, and Australia. I was onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
